I realized that it only takes a little creativity and resourcefulness to successfully organize a wedding on a tight budget. However, it did take me one very important factor; time, in order to pull off the whole thing. People refer to the important persons who need to be at the wedding like close family members, the wedding officiator and witnesses. Keeping the guest list to a selected few is one useful factor that an average budget wedding has.

Place refer to the ambiance where the wedding as well as the reception should take place. Wedding budget planners make use of possible free space that can accommodate and make guests feel comfortable.
